1. How long do products take to be shipped?
Hardware - Usually 1 to 2 business days with delivery taking 3-5 days thereafter. If you order is urgent please contact us ahead of time for a real-time delivery estimate.
Software – All the software we sell is provided by download. Downloads are available within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of your order.
2. Can a school/jurisdiction preview hardware before they purchase it?

4. I'm looking for a product but it is not listed in your online catalog, do you sell it?
We sell near all the products offered by our listed brands. If you can’t locate a product on our site and it’s made by one of our listed brands, please contact us for a quote.
5. Does S4SUSA guarantee the hardware and software they sell?
Every item we sell is covered by the manufactures warranty. At the end of each product page, under the Details Tab, you will see a “warranty details link” where you can find the legal warranty information for the product of interest.
S4SUSA is here to assist with any warranty claims on products we have sold, regardless of how long you have owned the product. Please contact us In the unlikely event of a warranty claim, we can provide duplicate invoices and assist in filing the claim.

Academic-Educational Versions are exactly the same as consumer/commercial versions except the price is heavily discounted specifically for educational users vs commercial users. Academic-Educational versions sold via S4SUSA are for use by Schools or Educational Institutions only.
