1. How long do products take to be shipped?

Hardware - Usually 1 to 2 business days with delivery taking 3-5 days thereafter.  If you order is urgent please contact us ahead of time for a real-time delivery estimate.
Software – All the software we sell is provided by download.  Downloads are available within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of your order.

2. Can a school/jurisdiction preview hardware before they purchase it?
S4SUSA offers free 1:1 webinars on ALL LocknCharge solutions and select Copernicus Tech Tub solutions. We take time to review the products in as much detail as you wish. During your free webinar, we can explore your needs and determine if you are eligible for a free evaluation unit.

3. How do I know if my devices/Chromebooks/iPads/laptops etc will fit in the charging solution I am interested in?
S4SUSA specializes in charging solutions, we have an in-house webinar room stocked with a range of solutions, we know the products we sell and 99% of the time we can review each one with you in real time via our webinar room to ensure you get the perfect result.  Our website also has PDF sizing charts, user guides, and videos too!

4. I'm looking for a product but it is not listed in your online catalog, do you sell it?
We sell near all the products offered by our listed brands. If you can’t locate a product on our site and it’s made by one of our listed brands, please contact us for a quote.  

5. Does S4SUSA guarantee the hardware and software they sell?
Every item we sell is covered by the manufactures warranty. At the end of each product page, under the Details Tab, you will see a “warranty details link” where you can find the legal warranty information for the product of interest.

S4SUSA is here to assist with any warranty claims on products we have sold, regardless of how long you have owned the product.  Please contact us In the unlikely event of a warranty claim, we can provide duplicate invoices and assist in filing the claim.

6. Can our school preview software before they purchase it?
Many of the software titles we offer carry free trial downloads directly from the publisher's website, for example:

7. What are the restrictions for Academic/Educational software versions?
Academic-Educational Versions are exactly the same as consumer/commercial versions except the price is heavily discounted specifically for educational users vs commercial users. Academic-Educational versions sold via S4SUSA are for use by Schools or Educational Institutions only.

8. How do I know if this software will run on the hardware I have?
Locate the product of interest on our site and select the "system requirements" tab or contact us for assistance.

9. Does S4SUSA have a Competitive Pricing Policy?
