The indicated prices are for 12 month subscriptions per Device, SDL or Named User and in Canadian dollars.

Shared Device License and Named User Summary

  • Shared Device Licenses (SDL) - CC2020 and later
    SDL license K-12 owned devices only, not the end-users, SDL are best for lab deployments with SSO.  Work At Home is not included with SDL.
  • Named Users - CC2020 and later
    Named User subscriptions license specific Named Users, those Named Users (in your Adobe Admin Console) can use Creative Cloud on ANY machine they wish (local install required).  Named Users also get access to online services, see our PDF tab for more details.  Best used with SSO.

Adobe offers "K-12 Site" packs for single schools and "K-12 District" packs that can be shared around an entire district, these are offered for SDL as well as Named Users.  Minimum order quantities are required per offering (you can't mix and match SDL and Named Users to reach a discount tier).


Device licensing (legacy offering) is no longer offered, only Shared Devices or Named Users can be purchased at this time.
